A U.S. Army Veteran, Nick is the visionary founder behind Apollo, a revolutionary crypto app that endows members with a sense of belonging and identity within the crypto community. With over a decade of experience in innovation, program management, and organizational psychology, Nick has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams that exemplify the epitome of quality and efficiency. Prior to establishing Apollo, he garnered extensive experience at some of the world’s top organizations, leading $3.7 billion operations, and contributed to groundbreaking projects that have since become industry standards.
Nick's expertise lies in DeFi, International Relations, IT supply-chains, and Blockchain Technology. He is a Certified DeFi and Blockchain Expert, and holds multiple graduate degrees from top universities including, an MBA - focused on IT; an M.Sc. in Supply Chain Management - with contributions to 3D printing technology aboard NASA shuttles; and multiple professional certificates in finance, DeFi, and blockchain technology.

When not at the helm of Apollo, Nick contributes to various industry forums and publications, sharing insights on entrepreneurship, crypto-innovation, and technology trends. He is the President and CEO of Strategic Partners, Assets, & Cryptocurrency Enterprises LLC, and is actively involved in mentorship programs, helping to nurture the next generation of tech entrepreneurs.
Wallace President & CTO
A fellow U.S. Army Veteran, Wallace is the driving force behind Apollo’s technological innovation. Wallace combines a passion for disruptive innovation with an unparalleled foundation in strategic Information Technology growth. His journey into the world of technology startups began after a storied career in software engineering and digital marketing, where he played a pivotal role in scaling up operations and pioneering new digital solutions for Fortune 100 companies and governmental agencies.
Wallace holds graduate degrees and certificates from top universities including, an M.Sc. in Information Systems as well as certifications in blockchain technology and DeFi.
Wallace co-founded Apollo with a dream to revolutionize how the world interacts with cryptocurrency, focusing his efforts on transitioning the power of crypto into the user’s hands, rather than an institution’s pockets. His approach to the development of Apollo is deeply rooted in integrated community and collaboration, rather than compartmentalization, which has steered Apollo towards a series of successful product launches and consistent growth.
While he prefers small group sessions over a podium, Wallace is recognized in the industry for his thought-leadership and has been invited as a speaker at various international tech conferences. He serves as the Director of the Board for Strategic Partners, Assets, & Cryptocurrency Enterprises LLC, and is committed to fostering a culture of innovation that continuously challenges the status quo.

Carlos CFO
Carlos is a U.S. Air Force Veteran, with over 40 years of experience in strategic accounting operations within Fortune 100 companies. His career has endowed him with unparalleled multidisciplinary and cross-functional accounting leadership and experience, that has ranged from the controller to executive level.
Having overseen $10 Billion in worldwide sales, global offices, with extensive M&A experience, ERP implementations, Carlos brings an unmatched sense of frugality, expertise, and financial analysis to the team, which has streamlined Apollo's budgeting and glide path forecasting.
Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, as well as an MBA - focused on International Relations, and is a sought after mentor and consultant within the finance community. Carlos' extensive technical acumen of UX/UI system designs has saved multinational companies across the globe over $200 million.
His deep background of Global Shared Services enables Carlos to bring the best financial practices to the Apollo Team, and its shareholders, ensuring the utmost consistent transparency. Ultimately, Carlos insists that Apollo always sees itself clearly, and in doing so, financial and operational objectives will maintain maximum compatibility along the most fiscally responsible approach.
Carlos is a tried and true financial leader who is known for his consulting expertise within; General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Taxes, Travel and Expenses, Payroll and Banks, SOX, Collection and Cash Accounting Operations, and Reconciliation, Oracle Financials, JD Edwards, and Custom Workbenches.
