With over a decade of experience in innovation, program management, and organizational psychology, Nick has led high-performing teams to achieve excellence. Before founding Apollo, he managed operations totaling $3.7 billion and contributed to industry-standard projects at leading organizations."
Nick specializes in DeFi, international relations, IT supply chains, and blockchain technology. He holds certifications as a DeFi and Blockchain Expert and has earned multiple graduate degrees, including an MBA focused on IT and an M.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, where he contributed to 3D printing technology aboard NASA shuttles. Additionally, he possesses professional certificates in finance, DeFi, and blockchain technology.
As a lifelong advocate for technology's transformative power, Nick is committed to positioning Apollo as a leader in its field. Under his leadership, Apollo has experienced significant growth and is recognized as an emerging leader in the cryptocurrency industry.
Outside of Apollo, Nick contributes to industry forums and publications, sharing insights on entrepreneurship, crypto innovation, and technology trends. He also serves as President and CEO of Strategic Partners, Assets, & Cryptocurrency Enterprises LLC and actively mentors the next generation of tech entrepreneurs.
Wallace President & CTO
Also a U.S. Army Veteran, Wallace leads Apollo's technological innovation. He combines a passion for disruptive innovation with a strong foundation in strategic IT growth. After a distinguished career in software engineering and digital marketing, Wallace entered the tech startup world, scaling operations and pioneering digital solutions for Fortune 100 companies and government agencies."
Wallace holds an M.Sc. in Information Systems and certifications in blockchain technology and DeFi from top universities.
Co-founding Apollo, Wallace aims to revolutionize global cryptocurrency interaction by empowering users over institutions. His development approach emphasizes community integration and collaboration, leading to successful product launches and consistent growth.

Carlos CFO
Carlos, a U.S. Air Force Veteran, brings over 40 years of strategic accounting experience with Fortune 100 companies, encompassing roles from controller to executive leadership.
He has managed $10 billion in global sales and offices, led mergers and acquisitions, and implemented ERP systems. Carlos's expertise in financial analysis and prudent management has optimized Apollo's budgeting and forecasting."
Carlos earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA focused on International Relations. A sought-after mentor and consultant in the finance community, his expertise in UX/UI system design has saved multinational companies over $200 million.
Carlos's extensive experience in Global Shared Services ensures that Apollo employs best financial practices, maintaining transparency for the team and shareholders. He emphasizes clear self-assessment to align financial and operational objectives with fiscal responsibility.
Carlos is a proven financial leader with consulting expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Taxes, Travel and Expenses, Payroll and Banking, SOX compliance, Collections, Cash Accounting Operations, Reconciliation, Oracle Financials, JD Edwards, and Custom Workbenches.
