By accessing or using the Apollo App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms").

By registering, accessing, or using the Apollo App, you accept these Terms in full. - **NFT Gallery:** Exclusive access to an in-app NFT gallery with selective displays.

- **Personalization:** Customize your profile and set specific notifications.

- **Seamless Checkout:** Integrated backend shipping and tax features for a smooth checkout and shipment experience.

Apollo reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

6. Use of the Apollo App

The Apollo App may provide map locations for businesses, ATMs, or other physical locations that accept cryptocurrency. While using the Apollo App to navigate to these locations, it is crucial that you prioritize your safety and the safety of others. We strongly caution against using your mobile or web device while driving. If you need to navigate to a location, please ensure that you are doing so safely by either pulling over to use your device or using hands-free navigation tools.

16.2 Disclaimer of Liability

Apollo is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur as a result of using the Apollo App while driving. By using the Apollo App to navigate to a physical location, you agree that Apollo is not liable for any harm that may result from your use of the App while driving. You must exercise caution and common sense at all times when operating a vehicle and using the Apollo App.
